  • GCC Countries
  • Selected International Locations

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

UAE Deliveries

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

International Deliveries

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may apply on eligible orders.


5. Order Tracking

6. Customs & Import Duties

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order details and supporting photos if applicable

We will review and assist accordingly.
